Stir fry okro in chinese way

Serves 2
250 grams of okro sliced thin
1 Tbsp of soya sauce
1 Tbsp of chilli garlic sauce
1 tsp of vinegar
1 Tbsp of ginger and garlic cut finely
take 60-50 % of garlic - ginger.
3 Tbsp of seseme oil

2 tsp of corn flour
1/2 cup of water
1 tsp of soya sauce

Wash and dry okro nicely and cut into thin and diagonaly .

put oil in wok and let it get hot on high flame .

put ginger and garlic stir untill cooked followed by okro . stir continiously .

In separate bowl put soya sauce , vinegar , chilli garlic sauce stir it .

When okro gets cooked thrown in seasoning of bowl and stir nicely .

take corn flour in a cup and pour little water and soya sauce .pour the mixter into okro and stir it for another 1 minute .

Garnish with spring onion .
